Order Cancellation

Orders may be changed or canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, orders may already be in production or processing and cannot be modified.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition. Due to the nature of our handmade candles and personal-use products, we cannot accept returns of items that have been lit, burned, used, or altered in any way.

To request a return, please contact us at support@mabioshop.com and include your order number.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of:

• The damaged item

• The packaging

• A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we will gladly offer a replacement or an appropriate solution.

Shipping Information

All products are handcrafted with care. Processing times may vary depending on order volume.

• Processing Time: 1–3 Business Days

• Estimated Delivery: Up to 15 Business Days

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is submitted and we are not notified within 24 hours, we cannot guarantee a replacement or refund.
